We know that when women thrive, families, communities and economies thrive. That’s why we’re committed to investing in women and supporting development opportunities for our teammates, our clients and our communities. We recently launched the Bank of America Marketplace by Seneca Women , an online directory showcasing amazing women-owned businesses — including businesses that participate in programs for women entrepreneurs supported by our company.
The Global Ambassadors Program
Developed with Vital Voices, an NGO that empowers emerging women leaders, this program invests in emerging women leaders around the world by matching them with mentors who are established leaders.
Bank of America Institute for Women’s Entrepreneurship at Cornell
Through this free online program, women can earn a certificate in business from an Ivy League university. They’ll gain the skills, knowledge and resources necessary to build, manage and scale a successful business. To enroll, students must complete a 30 minute pre-enrollment session.
Tory Burch Foundation Business Webinars
Women entrepreneurs face significant obstacles, including access to capital and business networks. That's why we've partnered with the Tory Burch Foundation to launch a series of new webinars to support early-stage, women-led businesses in all industries.
